**CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN II**This position will complete basic calibrations, accurately complete required paperwork, and trouble shoot minor equipment issues.
Schedule sending out calibration standard for re-calibration.
Additional roles may include supporting maintenance staff in completion of work orders and routine maintenance.
The calibration technician must use judgment within generally defined guidelines to identify solutions to problems and interact with management at Catalent Pharma Solutions as well as other departments to schedule activities around the production schedules of the cGMP manufacturing and process development departments.
Participate in on-call rotation for equipment and facility after hour's response.This is a permanent, full time position.
It is an hourly role. This position is a Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule.Our new, state of the art Madison, WI facility, with expanded mammalian cell line engineering and biomanufacturing capabilities utilizing single-use systems, offers increased flexibility and manufacturing scale to support our customers' growth.

**THE ROLE:**- Uses hand tools, power tools and delicate testing equipment in performance of duties- Completes basic calibration procedures with minimal supervision- Completes maintenance request work orders for regulated and un-regulated systems- Effective documentation of Preventive Maintenance and Calibration under the GMP, development and research umbrella- Be available and respond to site as part of the on-call rotation- Schedule self-performed work assigned at beginning of month and due by end of month- Escort contractors through facility for routine deliveries or inspections.
